FOR ONTARIO MORTGAGE BROKERS AND AGENTS

Content for Ontario mortgage brokers, built from what you know.

You answer clients' questions every day. Field Authority Media turns your explanations, stories, and points of view into a monthly package of 20 video scripts and 8 carousels shaped around your voice.

Choose how much filming, editing, and posting support you need. You review the content before anything is published.

01 / WHAT IS INCLUDED

A month of content with a clear source: you.

The package starts with what you want your name to stand for and the questions you hear from real borrowers. FAM uses your answers to plan and write the content. Each month, the set contains 7 educational scripts, 7 story-based scripts, and 6 point-of-view scripts, plus 8 carousels.

This service may fit if you want to explain your work more consistently, can share your experience, and can review each piece before publication. If you want a stock post library requiring no input from you, this is a different approach.

02 / CHOOSE YOUR SUPPORT

The same personal package. Three ways to produce it.

Every level starts with 20 scripts and 8 carousels. The difference is who films, edits, and posts.

01

Self-Studio

FAM prepares the scripts, carousels, captions, editor notes, and review workflow.

You handleFilming, editing, and posting.
02

Managed Editing + Posting

You film. FAM edits and posts 10 videos and posts all 8 carousels after approval. The other 10 scripts remain yours to use.

You handleFilming your videos.
03

On-Site Full Production

In the GTA, FAM runs one filming day each month, then edits and posts all 20 videos and all 8 carousels after approval.

LocationOn-site filming is for the GTA. Ask about the remote arrangement elsewhere.

Compare the current monthly CAD prices and packages on the homepage. Your written proposal sets the scope and service terms.

03 / YOUR WORKFLOW

Your name means your final say.

AI helps FAM organize research and drafts. Your knowledge supplies the substance, and human review stays in the process.

  1. 01

    Set your voice

Tell FAM what you want to be known for, what you never want to sound like, and which values guide the content. You approve that foundation.

  2. 02

    Share the substance

FAM asks about the questions, experiences, and opinions you want to explain. Your answers shape the scripts and carousels.

  3. 03

    Review the package

Check wording, examples, disclosures, and fit with your brokerage's policies. Request a change or hold a piece that is not ready.

  4. 04

    Produce at your support level

Self-produce, send footage for managed editing, or arrange GTA filming. Only approved material moves toward posting.

04 / ILLUSTRATIVE DIRECTIONS

Useful questions can become useful content.

These are sample topic directions, not client work or mortgage advice. Any finished claim, example, and disclosure needs your review.

VIDEO / EXPLAIN

How you discuss a rate hold and a pre-approval

An explanation in your own words, with the distinctions checked before release.

CAROUSEL / PREPARE

Questions before a renewal conversation

A saveable sequence based on the questions you actually ask clients.

VIDEO / STORY

A lesson from a difficult file

A first-person insight without identifying a borrower or inventing a result.

05 / A LABELLED SAMPLE

See one answer take shape.

This example was created for this page. It is not client work, a finished mortgage advertisement, or mortgage advice.

ILLUSTRATIVE INPUT

A topic from a broker

Suppose a broker wants to explain why their first conversation starts with questions about a client's goals instead of a product pitch.

In a real engagement, the broker would supply their own reasoning, examples, and phrasing before FAM wrote the final content.

POSSIBLE DRAFT DIRECTIONS

One idea, two formats

Short video opening: “Our first call may start with more questions than answers. Here is why I begin by learning what you are trying to decide.” The rest would use the broker's actual explanation, not a generic answer.

Carousel outline: What the first call is for → the questions this broker asks → how those answers shape the next conversation → an invitation to bring your own questions.

Review comes before release. The broker checks the wording and any mortgage claims; the brokerage checks its required identification, disclosures, and approval process. See Ontario's mortgage advertising requirements. This demonstration is not ready to post.

06 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions before you begin.

01 Do I have to film every video?

With Self-Studio, you film and edit what you choose to use. With Managed, you film and FAM edits and posts 10 videos. With On-Site Full Production in the GTA, FAM runs a monthly filming day and prepares all 20 videos. The 20 scripts and 8 carousels are included at every level.

02 Will the content sound like everyone else's posts?

FAM starts with your approved brand foundation and your answers to individual questions. Industry topics may overlap, but the finished point of view should come from you. You can request a change when a piece misses your voice.

03 Does FAM approve mortgage claims for compliance?

No. FAM is a content strategy and production studio, not a source of mortgage, legal, regulatory, or financial advice. You and your brokerage remain responsible for accuracy, required disclosures, and approval before release. Ontario's advertising guidance explains the obligations for licensed professionals.

04 What happens if I am outside the GTA?

The current offer describes remote delivery outside the GTA. On-site filming is a GTA service. Ask about the available remote production arrangement on the discovery call so the scope is clear before work begins.
