What we collect

This public website has no contact form. Our hosting provider, Netlify, may process technical records such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access for site delivery and security, regardless of your analytics choice.

If you choose “Accept analytics,” we load Google Analytics 4. It measures public page views and selected interactions such as section views, scroll milestones, content filters, and clicks on booking or contact links. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and receive device, browser, and approximate location information. Our custom events do not include message contents, email addresses, phone numbers, or client details. We do not measure client-portal or team activity with this website tag. No advertising tracker is installed on this site.

If you email us, book a call, enter the client portal, or begin an engagement, we may receive the contact, business, brokerage, brand, and content information you choose to provide.

How we use it

• To respond to questions and booked calls.
• To onboard a client and deliver the agreed content service.
• To operate and protect the website and private client workflow.
• With your analytics choice, to understand which public pages and content are useful and improve them.
• To keep business records and meet legal obligations.

When it is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by Netlify and other service providers that support hosting, scheduling, communication, document production, and the private client portal. If you accept analytics, public-site usage information is also processed by Google Analytics. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect people, systems, or legal rights.

The booking link and client portal are separate services. When you open them, their own privacy terms apply. Some providers, including Google, may process information outside Canada, where different laws may apply. You can read Google’s privacy policy.

Your choices

On your first visit, you can accept or decline Google Analytics. The site remembers this choice in your browser, and you can reopen “Privacy choices” in the footer to change it. If you withdraw consent, we stop future public-site analytics from this browser after the page reloads and attempt to clear Google Analytics cookies on this domain. You can also clear cookies in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not erase usage information already sent to Google.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep. Reasonable identity checks may be required before a request is completed.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, the service relationship, security, record keeping, and applicable legal requirements.
